We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Netletz subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Netletz orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order, or
- Email us at jerry@netletz.com and we'll help you through it.
Renewal charges
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing portal — you'll keep access until the end of the current paid period and won't be charged again.
