We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Netletz subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your most recent charge — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email jerry@netletz.com from the address on your Netletz account and we'll process it right away. Refunds typically land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your billing page. You'll keep access until the end of the current paid period and won't be charged again.

Taxes & billing

Payments are processed by Stripe, which calculates, collects, and remits applicable sales tax / VAT / GST on our behalf. Your bank statement will show a charge from LINK.COM* Netletz.
